www.humber-half.org.uk is the website associated with the Humber Bridge Half Marathon which is organised by the Rotary Club of Hull for the purpose of raising money for charitable purposes. No information is collected from you on visiting the site but upon entering the race we collect such information via the entry form as is required to administer your entry and process the requisite payment.. The information we collect includes your contact details (such as name, postal address and email address) and any other information we need to enable us to respond to process your entry. You warrant that any information you supply to us is accurate and up-to-date, that you will inform us if any such information requires updating and that if you submit personal information about a third party to us you have that third party’s permission to do so.

As well as processing your entry, we will use your personal information to advise you of any changes in arrangements regarding the race and to enable our race timing contractor and photographers to undertake their contracted work on our behalf. In the event of your requiring medical assistance, appropriate information will be passed to St. John Ambulance and the local NHS Trust.
